One Bedroom Two Bath Units: Ground floor units with no Washer or Dryer. All other units have a Washer/Dryer.

Check In Time: After 3:00 PM
Check Out Time: By 10:00 AM

Occupancy: Rates are based on up to 4 people in a 1 or 2 bedroom suite. Additional persons in a 2 bedroom are an additional $10 per person per night, with a maximum occupancy of 6 per two-bedroom unit. 4 person max occupancy in one-bedroom units.

Minimum Stays and Holidays: There is a 2 night minimum for certain holiday weekends & during peak season. There is also a $15/night surcharge for certain holiday weekends.

Deposit / Payment Policy
A deposit of 30% or one night's rental, whichever is greater, is required on all advance reservations. We accept cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Personal checks will only be accepted for advance deposits if the reservation is made at least 10 days in advance. Personal checks are not accepted upon check-in.

Cancellation Policy
If a reservation is cancelled 10 days or more prior to scheduled arrival, a refund less a $25.00 cancellation fee will be issued. If cancelled less than 10 days prior to scheduled arrival, the refund will be issued only if all rooms are rented. If not, the deposit is forfeited. Sorry, no refunds will be issued for early departures.

Village by the SeaSecurity Deposit Policy
At check-in, we require all balances to be paid in full. We accept cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. We also require a credit card imprint for any incidentals or extra charges incurred during the stay. Because we are a unique property and all of the units are individually owner, we strictly enforce unit inspections.

Housekeeping Policy
Any stay of 2 nights or more will include daily “light housekeeping", which will consist of fresh towels daily, making of beds and removal of rubbish. Weekly stays will receive full housekeeping service after the 3rd night, which also includes a full linen change.

Smoking Policy
All rental units are non-smoking. If upon departure Village by the Sea finds any evidence of smoking in a unit that is designated to be non-smoking, a minimum of a $100 fine will be charged on the credit card you presented upon arrival.

Pets
Sorry, no pets allowed on the premises.
